Are you ready to dive into the world of data and analytics? As a Data Insights & Analytics Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving data-driven decision-making within our Innovation and Business Excellence team. Your role will involve developing analytical models, managing Power BI reports, and setting insightful KPIs. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external providers like IQVIA to deliver comprehensive data insights. Engage with various departments such as marketing, sales, and business excellence to support their analytics needs and develop dashboards and strategic data initiatives. Are you up for the challenge?
Accountabilities
- Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports, delivering impactful visualizations that facilitate a deeper understanding of business performance.
- Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to ensure a clear measurement of business success and progress.
- Develop, refine, and maintain analytical models to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for integrating and utilizing external marketing and sales data from providers such as IQVIA, ensuring comprehensive market intelligence.
- Conduct thorough data exploration, discovery, and visualization to uncover hidden opportunities and trends within large data sets.
- Communicate and translate analytical findings and recommendations into actionable strategies for business partners, ensuring alignment and execution.
- Optimize existing data products for scalability and repeatability across cluster countries, ensuring consistency in data practices.
- Lead and support internal E2E Data & Insight projects across all Therapeutic Areas, promoting a consistent approach to data-driven strategies.
Essential Skills/Experience
- University degree in data science, computer science, statistics, business, finance or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in the pharmaceutical industry considered beneficial.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, or similar, for dashboard and report development.
- Experience in setting and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Great communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining technical insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with external data providers to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Advanced English proficiency, with additional languages from Balkan cluster a plus.
- Collaborative team player, adept at working across functions to promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
